About Us

At Iona Property, our mission is deeply personal. We are a family-run agency dedicated to providing safe and affordable housing for British citizens who are often overlooked.  

Our journey began 20 years ago when my wife, our eldest son, and I moved to Scotland. It wasn’t easy. Despite being a family in need, the government offered no support to us as a unit, only to my wife and son. Faced with a daunting reality, we relied on the kindness of understanding landlords who gave us a chance.  

With determination and resilience, we built our lives from the ground up. Today, 17 years later, we are blessed with a stable home and 10 incredible children who are thriving, with some completing school with excellent grades.  

Iona Property is named after our little girl, Iona, whom we tragically lost in January. This venture is a tribute to her—a way to honour her memory by creating opportunities for others.  

Our mission is clear.

To help British citizens who are being left behind, offering them the same chance we were given. We believe that everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home, and we are committed to making this a reality for those in need.
